Episodes – The Mandarin Cake Shop
To mark the Lunar New Year, Episodes presents the Golden Blessing cake featuring black sesame and yuzu flavour profile, available in three sizes. The cake is showcased alongside a striking centrepiece display within the cake shop, making it an elegant gift or centrepiece for family gatherings and festive celebrations.

Vendôme – Lunar New Year Buffet Experience
Vendôme brings the spirit of Lunar New Year to life with an enhanced international buffet featuring an extended selection of Chinese dishes, immersive festive décor and a traditional beverage trolley. The experience is elevated by live cultural performances across select dates, creating a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere for families and friends.
The menu highlights a generous selection of Chinese-inspired dishes, including salt and pepper tofu gua bao, chilled tofu with preserved egg and Szechuan sauce, Cantonese five-spice marinated beef shank, crispy duck salad with pomelo and lettuce wraps with beef, mushrooms and mixed nuts.
Live cooking stations feature Chinese chicken salad, Szechuan prawn salad and traditional yusheng with smoked salmon, alongside favourites such as Hainanese chicken rice, Beijing duck, char siu beef short rib and fried whole seabass with sweet and sour sauce. The experience concludes with festive desserts, including Lunar New Year cake and themed chocolate creations.

Hakkasan invites guests to celebrate the Lunar New Year with a specially curated set menu inspired by Cantonese culinary traditions. The experience is enhanced by a live dragon dance performance from 16 to 27 February, creating a festive atmosphere that blends theatre, flavour and tradition in one of Abu Dhabi’s most acclaimed dining destinations.
Menu highlights include the Fortune Money Bag with king crab and scallop, wok-fried lobster with red plum and osmanthus sauce and grilled Australian Wagyu tenderloin with red peppercorn and pomegranate, followed by the Golden Stallion five-spice mousse dessert.
