Easter Sunday brings something for everyone. At The Terrace on the Corniche, brunch stretches across live stations, a dedicated Easter grill, and a dessert village crafted by the pastry team. One floor up, Crystal Lounge presents a limited-time Afternoon Tea, where chocolate eggs, warm cross buns, and handcrafted sandwiches are served beneath crystal chandeliers. Meanwhile, at Villa Toscana, Chef Vittorio curates an Easter lunch shaped by Italy’s regional flavors and courses made for sharing.

From 12:30 PM to 4 PM, the brunch includes everything from a live pasta and risotto station to a seafood bar and outdoor BBQ, where smoky whole ribeye, roasted lamb leg, salmon, and house-made gravlax take center stage. At the table, an exclusive Easter grill platter will be served including tomahawk steak, chargrilled beef, lamb cutlets, and a colorful mix of antipasti vegetables.
For dessert, the pastry team is pulling out all the stops with a playful Easter village, complete with chocolate bunnies, hand-painted eggs, and a golden Easter egg filled with white chocolate mousse, wild berry compote, and frozen chocolate soil. Meanwhile, little ones can enjoy an Easter egg hunt, get creative with arts and crafts, have their faces painted, and be entertained by a roving magician.This celebratory brunch is available with soft beverages for AED 375, an Italian bubbly package at AED 500, and a French bubbly package at AED 750.

What: Tuscan Easter Affair

Detail: Easter Sunday takes on a distinctly Italian charm at Villa Toscana, where the occasion is marked with a special lunch curated by Chef Vittorio.
The meal opens the Italian way, with a table full of things to share,cheese-filled bread, cold cuts, roasted eggplant, Easter cake, seabass empanadas, and pulled rabbit served in Genovese style.
The pace slows with two pasta courses, handmade ravioli filled with goose, followed by Fusilloni with pumpkin, buffalo mousse, and calamari. Then, a main course built around slow-cooked lamb, served simply with artichokes and Sila potatoes. To close this indulgent evening, a rustic Apple Tart Tatin is paired with goat cheese gelato and a drizzle of honey truffle.
Priced at AED 450 per person, or AED 650 with wine pairing, the experience is set in a space that feels more like a Tuscan home than a restaurant, making for the idyllic venue to mark Easter Sunday.

Details: Celebrate Easter with a seasonal twist with The St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s timeless Afternoon Tea ritual. Served in the elegant Crystal Lounge, guests are invited to gather with friends, family, or visiting loved ones beneath soaring staircases and glittering chandeliers, the perfect backdrop for a quiet afternoon treat.
The Easter-themed menu features a playful selection of handcrafted pastries and savory bites. Delights include praline chocolate eggs, tiramisu-filled eggshells, and passionfruit macarons served alongside fresh scones and artisan sandwiches.
For younger guests, the St. Regis pastry team has curated Tiny Tea, a mini version of the experience, designed with just as much care catering to little palates.
To complete the afternoon, the in-house tea sommelier is on hand to guide guests through a selection of premium Tchaba blends or add a glass of Champagne for an elevated touch. Served exclusively from the 14th to the 20th of April, the experience adds a seasonal touch to an already beloved tradition.

Detail: There will be no need to scroll the wine list as the pairings are already taken care of by the experts. On Thursday 10 April, Villa Toscana hosts ‘From Vineyard to Villa’, a dinner centered around a seasonal menu by Chef Vittorio, where every dish is thoughtfully matched with Tuscan wine.
From 7 PM to 11 PM, the experience begins with a welcome bite; Salted Maritozzo filled with buffalo ricotta, Mazara shrimp, caviar, and seawater. Then come flame-grilled eggplant topped with Provolone mousse, followed by risotto layered with mint, goat cheese, and wild herbs over Riserva San Massimo grains. Pigeon breast arrives next, balanced with plum and brioche. To finish, dessert takes a lighter turn with a crisp Sfogliatella, served with Ricciarelli mousse and mandarin sorbet, a dish that brings the menu full circle with fresh flavors and a classic Tuscan touch.The dinner is priced at AED 400 per person, or AED 550 with wine pairing, a considered occasion for those who appreciate balance in both food and a glass of wine.
