From November 5th to 7th 2025, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi will set the stage for an extraordinary trilogy of Michelin-starred dining experiences at Villa Toscanacurated by Head Chef Vittorio Nania, recently recognized with the Michelin Young Chef award.In collaboration with two of Italy’s most celebrated chefs, Nicola Somma and Roberto “Bobo”Cerea, the three award-winning chefs are set to create three indulgent evenings starting with a 4-Hands Dinner crafted with Nicola Somma, available exclusively on November 5th and 6th. The celebration reaches new heights on November 7th, withan Aperitivo experience on the iconic Helipad in collaboration with the 16th Italian Cuisine World Summit, and lastly, a 6-Hands Dinner with all three culinary powerhouses.
This three-day celebration of Italian tradition is fine dining at its most exquisite, featuring renowned chefs whose culinary artistry bridges heritage with inventive technique.Villa Toscana’s own maestro, Chef Vittorio Nania, also distinguished as one of the “30 Best Chefs Under 30 in the Middle East”,has roots in Calabria, Southern Italy, and culinary training in Milan.Leading this exclusive collaboration, Chef Vittorio joins forces with Nicola Somma, Michelin-starred chef from Laqua Countryside, who earned his first Michelin star at the helm of the Bistrot inTurin.Chef Roberto Cerea, also known as Chef Bobo, completes the lineup, carrying the legacy of the legendary three-Michelin-starred restaurant Da Vittorio in Brusaporto, founded by his parents, Vittorio and Bruna Cerea, in 1966.

6-Hands Dinner
The grand finale of the trilogy unfolds with the 6-Hands Dinner on the 7th of November at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM bringing the three culinary powerhouses together for one remarkable evening. Guests can look forward to signature dishes from each chef that reflect his unique styles and philosophies, complemented by a fine selection of premium grapes. Seasonal Tuscan creations await from Chef Vittorio Nania, alongside the Southern Italian specialties of Chef Nicola Somma. Chef Roberto Cerea then brings the Northern Italian flair, for an experience that perfectly captures the elegance and nuance of Italy’s regional culinary heritage. Priced at AED 1,100 per person.
Helipad Aperitivo
As an added delight, diners wishing to elevate their 6-Hands Dinner experience may begin the evening with an authentic Italian Aperitivo on the hotel’s iconic Helipad. Held in collaboration with the 16th Italian Cuisine World Summit, the event takes place from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on November 7th only.
Reserved for just 22 guests, this exclusive affair is personally hosted by the chefs, offering an intimate opportunity to mingle with culinary connoisseurs while savoring an exquisite selection of Italian cheeses, artisanal bites, handcrafted cocktails, and the finest Prosecco.
