Inspired by the elegance, flavours and lifestyle of the Mediterranean coast, this new weekend ritual blends sharing plates with refined culinary craftsmanship, offering an experience that is as elevated as it is welcoming.
Set against Aqua’s serene backdrop, the brunch begins with abundant antipasti from the buffet, where artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, rustic breads and seasonal accompaniments evoke the charm of a Mediterranean market. Appetisers and salads arrive at the table in a sharing style, with highlights such as the Octopus Carpaccio with sun-dried tomato chimichurri, King Crab Salad dressed with lemon and basil, and Truffle and Pears Salad, delicately balanced with taleggio cheese. A warming Mediterranean Seafood Soup, brimming with lobster, mussels and clams, offers a soulful nod to coastal tradition.
The main courses are a must-try, inviting guests to savour indulgent Italian classics, from Spaghetti with Lobster and Ravioli alla Parmigiana to the succulent Tagliata di Wagyu and Branzino al Cartoccio baked with white grape, olives and lemon. Between courses, the chef’s selection of artisanal pizzas is passed around. Additionally, a playful bento box crafted especially for children makes the brunch a true family affair.
The experience is further elevated by Aqua’s celebrated beverage programme. The Aqua brunch begins from 1 PM to 4 PM and is priced at AED 329 for food only, AED 399 with alcoholic beverages, and AED 599 with champagne, while the children’s bento box is available for AED 150. Accompanied each weekend by live performances, Brunch at Aqua begins with an opening celebration featuring a singer and saxophonist. The ambience is one of rustic elegance, evoking Mediterranean summers with blue-and-white accents, fresh lemons, and an Italian playlist blending timeless classics with contemporary lounge notes.
