From October, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi welcomes guests back to its iconic terraces and outdoor spaces, as cooler evenings, golden sunsets and long afternoons by the water return to the Palace. Set across expansive gardens and a private beachfront, the resort offers a distinctive setting for the season ahead, with culinary celebrations, live entertainment and outdoor experiences unfolding across its restaurants and spaces.
Sand & Koal
With its beachfront setting, Sand & Koal offers a relaxed setting for sunset gatherings and live entertainment throughout the season.
From 21 October onwards, Sand & Koal comes alive throughout the week with a programme of live entertainment and sunset experiences. Wednesdays set the tone with a resident DJ, while Thursdays bring Arabic Ladies’ Nights from 7pm to 11pm, with a resident DJ, Arabic-inspired ambience and curated experiences, alongside 50% savings on shisha for ladies. Fridays usher in Golden Dusk Nights with a special guest DJ, live percussion, electric violin and fire dancers, while Saturdays feature roaming entertainment with live percussion, fire dancers, hand pan and resident DJ. The week rounds off on Sundays with a Sunset Barbecue, bringing together live cooking stations, a resident DJ and the atmosphere of an evening by the water.
On 13 November, Raml wa Ghoroub marks the seasonal reopening of Sand & Koal with an immersive beachfront evening from 8pm to 11:30pm. Guests can enjoy curated cocktails and complimentary Minuty rosé alongside a special guest DJ, live percussion and violin performances, Oriental fire dancing and desert ballet dancers, complemented by an Oriental-inspired snack menu and sundowner ambience on the sand.
Talea
Talea marks the season with Italian white truffle, a Ca’ del Bosco Wine Dinner and Negroni Week.
From late October, Italian white truffle will feature across selected à la carte dishes. On 17 October, the Ca’ del Bosco Wine Dinner presents a six-course dinner paired with wines from Ca’ del Bosco and live music throughout the evening, priced at AED 750 per person. Menu highlights include Hamachi Crudo with Oscietra Caviar and Handmade Tortelli filled with Wagyu Beef Cheek, Mushrooms, Jerusalem Artichokes and Truffle.
For Negroni Week, Talea will serve classic and signature creations at AED 65 per cocktail, while the Negroncini Experience offers all three twists for AED 120, available until 31 October.
Broadway
At Broadway, the season brings a line-up of drinks, dining and live entertainment throughout the week. From Monday to Friday, Sunset Highballs run from 5:30 to 7:30pm, with beverages from AED 30. On Wednesdays, Burger & Brews pairs a signature smash burger with three draught beers and live entertainment for AED 155 per person, while Thursdays bring Spritz & Sparkle Ladies’ Night from 7:30pm, with unlimited selected spritz cocktails and sparkling wine for AED 99 per person.
On 31 October, Halloween at Broadway takes over from 7pm to 1am with spooky bites, drinks, three-hour free flow and a prize for the best-dressed guest. The regular package is priced at AED 195, with a sparkling package available for AED 295, alongside an à la carte menu.

From 1 to 10 October, Hakkasan celebrates Golden Week from 6 to 11pm with a three-course menu inspired by authentic Cantonese flavours and presented with a gold themed touch. AED 528 per person. There will also be a terrace reopening party on 15 October from 7 to 10pm, accompanied by signature cocktails and canapés.
Martabaan by Hemant Oberoi celebrates the Festival of Lights with Diwali Mela & Diwali Mithai, bringing together live Indian street food stations, Diwali inspired mains, sweets and special souvenirs. The Diwali Special Buffet will take place on 8 November, from 6:30 to 10:30pm and is priced at AED 299 with soft beverages and AED 499 with house beverages, while a Diwali Mithai Box will be available throughout October at AED 150.
Lebanese Terrace welcomes the outdoor season with a new menu and Arabic live music, offering an atmospheric setting for evenings beneath the stars. Menu highlights include Kebbeh Bel Laban, Rocca Bel Laban Salad, Grilled Halloumi Cheese and Fattet Shrimps, showcasing a selection of classic Lebanese flavours and fresh seasonal ingredients.
From October, Café Fountain unveils a refreshed menu celebrating regional flavours, with highlights including the Cold & Hot Mezzeh Selection, the signature Afternoon Tea and the Royal Selection dessert, while Vendôme opens its terrace for relaxed dining throughout the cooler months.

Alongside the alfresco dining programme, guests can also take their time outdoors with The Hideaway Spa Cabanas, open from 1 October through 31 May, daily from 10am to 7pm. Set within the resort’s landscaped gardens, the private cabanas bring the spa experience outdoors, offering a tranquil open-air setting for a selection of treatments and moments of relaxation.
From October onwards, Yoga, Pranayama & Sound Bath Sessions invite guests to reconnect through personalised wellness experiences every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Taking place in the morning from 8am to 10am or at sunset from 5pm to 6:30pm, sessions are held amidst the tranquil Mandarin Wing Hills or within the Mandarin Wing Gym & Studio, with yoga, pranayama and sound bath experiences available from AED 180 per person. Private group sessions for four to ten guests are also available for 60 minutes at AED 250 per person, with advance reservation required at least 24 hours in advance.
