This August, Rosewood Abu Dhabi invites guests to discover a selection culinary launches alongside its signature dining destinations, wellness rituals and luxury escapes, inviting guests to savour summer from the tranquil waterfront setting of Al Maryah Island.
Leading this month’s highlights is Dragon’s Tooth menu, introducing elevated Cantonese-inspired dishes, premium Asian spirits and a Chinese Zodiac cocktail collection, alongside a new Summer Weekend Afternoon Tea at Majlis by Pierre Hermé and new signature cocktails at Hidden Bar.

Dragon’s Tooth – Menu
Hidden behind Dai Pai Dong’s Tea Room, Dragon’s Tooth unveils food and beverage menu, bringing a fresh dimension to the venue’s signature speakeasy experience. Alongside elevated Cantonese-inspired dishes including the Dai Pai Dong Signature Caviar Duck, Lobster Balls with Black Truffle, Wok-Fried Wagyu Beef, and Soya Roasted Black Cod, the menu introduces an expanded selection of premium Asian spirits, sake and baijiu.
The menu also sees the debut of the Chinese Zodiac Cocktail Collection – a series of ten cocktails and two mocktails inspired by the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac. Highlights include the Dragon with sake, cucumber and elderflower, the Tiger with bamboo leaf-infused Haku and Asian sherry, the Monkey with sake, yuzu and coconut, and the Snake with baijiu, dragon fruit and lychee, offering guests a distinctive new way to experience the venue’s Asian-inspired cocktail programme.
Majlis by Pierre Hermé – Summer Weekend Afternoon Tea
Majlis by Pierre Hermé introduces its Summer Weekend Afternoon Tea offer, inviting guests to enjoy Afternoon Tea for Two at a special seasonal price while taking in panoramic waterfront views.

Hidden Bar introduces two new signature additions to its Sundowners experience with Velvet Horizon and Rose Eclipse, cocktails crafted for evenings by the waterfront. These new services join Hidden Bar’s daily Sundowners ritual and weekend DJ performances, creating an intimate waterfront setting from day to night.
