This summer, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi invites guests to experience the season through a journey of flavour, discovery and conviviality with the launch of Spritz & Friends, a vibrant palace-wide activation that brings together four of the destination’s celebrated restaurants in one progressive cocktail experience. Created in collaboration with Aperol, the limited-time offering celebrates the timeless appeal of the Spritz while encouraging guests to explore the distinctive personalities of Hakkasan, Talea, Broadway and Strawfire, where each venue presents its own exclusive interpretation of the iconic summer cocktail.
Running from 7 August until 30 September, Spritz & Friends brings together four distinctive dining destinations through one collaborative cocktail experience. Available across the four celebrated restaurants, the specially curated menu allows guests to discover eight exclusive Spritz creations crafted by the bar teams behind each venue, regardless of where they choose to dine, offering a diverse collection of flavours and styles within a single dining experience. Whether inspired by Japanese precision at Strawfire, contemporary American flair at Broadway, refined Italian traditions at Talea, or Hakkasan’s signature East-meets-West approach, every cocktail has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the identity of its home venue, offering guests a new flavour profile and a fresh perspective on one of the world’s most recognisable aperitifs, while creating an experience that is as much about discovery as it is about the destination.
Across the collaborative menu, guests can enjoy eight exclusive Spritz creations; from Strawfire’s Shiso Spritz and Yuzu Spritz, Talea’s Il Viaggio and Rosmarino Spritz and Broadway’s La Birra Spritz and The Garden Spritz, to Hakkasan’s Hakka Lemonade Spritz and un YUZUal Spritz. Complementing the cocktails is a curated selection of signature bar bites inspired by the culinary identity of each restaurant, from Talea’s Mediterranean Bruschetta, Eggplant Parmigiana Arancini and Montanara, to Strawfire’s Wagyu Gyoza, Korean Fried Chicken and Tomato & Asparagus Nori Tart, Hakkasan’s Prawn Fritter, Salt and Pepper Squid, Soft Shell Crab with Red Chilli and Steamed Hakka Dimsum alongside Broadway favourites such as Pumpkin Buffalo Chicken Wings, Crispy Calamari with spiced mayo and Broadway Chips. Together, the thoughtfully paired food and drink offerings invite guests to linger a little longer while experiencing the diverse flavours that define Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi.
Available daily from 7 August until 30 September, guests can enjoy any two Spritz cocktails from the collaborative menu for AED 88, or any two Spritz cocktails from the collaborative menu paired with one signature light bite for AED 108.
